Had the grandma sampler, two pancakes, two eggs, bacon slice, sausage slice and a little ham piece, it was good, but nothing out... of this world. But it was great for the price. The staff was great. Very curious and helpful. And the store was a lot of fun toshop and browse around in, just wish there were more sizes available with the current items. Read more

Went for breakfast. I ordered the build your own breakfast and got Chicken Fried Steak, Scrambled eggs, Biscuits and gravy and... the Hashbrown bake. I was pretty disappointed because I really love Good Biscuits and Gravy but these Biscuits were likeHockey Pucks! Small and very hard. The Gravy was ok. The hashbrown bake item was the best. Chicken fried steak was nominal atbest. The service was great. But when I was going to box up the leftovers I saw a hair across my plate and was disgusted. Themanager came and she offered to make a new order or refund me. I chose the refund due to not really enjoying the food. So I was very happy with that. I appreciate it when they stand behind there food and make things right. I wouldn't go back forbreakfast but maybe dinner. Read more

I'm being generous on 1 star... I'm very disappointed.. very small portions of food, less than a handful of fries, fish was ok... but not much of it, but what really disappointed me was I added a baked potato for $2.49 and they brought me a potato that wasall shriveled up and hard as a rock on both ends, I couldn't believe they'd serve that to someone, totally unacceptable, I'veeaten here a few times in the past, and nothing like this, I will tip my hat to the waitress, she was very understanding andvery helpful, I showed my appreciation with a good tip, can't blame her... Cute little store on one side of the building which connects to the restaurant which was decorated with country styled things.... It was all good for the price, but not mind blowing. Got the fried chicken, Mac and cheese, and turnip greens which was allgood. We also got the French toast which was decent. Ended it with the fudge chocolate cake, came out fairly warm and was good! Not bakery quality but good for Cracker Barrel Read more

Cracker Barrel is always a favorite (for a chain). I grew up on this kind of food, so there's a big nostalgia factor. The décor... reinforces that, and there's always something to bring a smile in their country store. This trip I had a breakfast sandwich andhash brown casserole. Good solid eating, nothing special. Staff was friendly, and the prices were good. Read more

My wife and I were traveling to Solving, CA for the weekend with the kids. We stopped in here since it's only 30 minutes away.... There were 8 of us on a Friday night and we got seated pretty quickly. Lilly was our server and she was great. Brought us outbiscuits and cornbread muffins while we waited for our food. Our experience was so great that we came back Sunday afternoon onout way out of town just to eat again. The kids loved the food and they even got a little treat in the country store. Momma andI got something too. Wish Cracker Barrel would come to the Central Valley. We will definitely be stopping by again when we visitthis area again. Read more
