I never usually have a problem with this place but I recently ordered two three topping large pizzas and online they are only... 7.99 for pick up and when I came in store the total was coming out to be 19 something and I asked to pay separately which I?msure is a common thing well I was put through a lot of trouble to pay the pizzas separately and I ended up getting charged 14dollars per pizza rather the original 7.99 and the cashier failed to mention hey it would be cheaper to pay together or even heyit?s like double the price to pay separately or even try and ring it up right no apparently never ask to pay separately Read more
We had to wait 2 hours for our pizza. When we called because we had waited 1:30 hours for our pizza they told us that the pizza... was 10 minutes out. Person on the phone did not even say sorry or give me an update on my pizza Read more
Pizza was not ready on arrival even though I mobile ordered ahead over 2 hours ago. Workers handed out my order to a wrong... customer and expected me to receive the same order which is clearly a violation of health code. 8/08/22 6:21 Ordered a custom pizza and everything was correct but the sauce. I called to let them know and try to see if we can... fix the situation. I was standing at the counter for 15 mins before being helped one of the employees was basically taking pizza out and boxing it... staring at me the whole time while the manager was looking at her phone the whole time not even looking at the front door. If I could give less than a star I would. I ordered a pizza online for take out. I got notified it was ready, I got to the store... and as I walk in I saw 2 employees they never acknowledge me or greet me so I stand there for almost 5 min until finally someonegoes and ask me what I was there for. I immediately said I?m picking up then she says well I made a mistake and made the wrongpizza you?re gonna have to wait another 10min. I go out to my car wait another 15 min and then come back to same scenario girlon her phone and another employee working.
