Smelled horrible inside, like vomit. I told the cashier and she said oh. No effort to see where it was coming from, just walked... away. It's a fast food establishment, there isn't no reason the food shouldn't be fresh. Our food was not even warm. Customerservice not great either. Read more
I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl and 3 eggrolls. after drove off with our food. my daughter opened he bowl and the teriyaki bowl... had no teriyaki sauce, no receipt was provided, and only one eggroll. I called the store and they simply told me that they ranout of teriyaki sauce and hung up the phone...Rude, if you are out of stuff wouldn't you warn your customers? Read more
Apparently the employees can close at whatever time they feel? Just went thru the drive thru at 8:10 pm and didn't get helped.... Check on google, then drove out of the drive thru to check the hours on the door and there was an employee just sitting at atable right in front of the door, completely ignoring me. Google and their signs say the drive thru is open 24 hours by the way. Read more
I go to work at 4:30 am. They advertise "Open 24 hours," we've got 3 Jack in the Boxes on my way to work, one of them has been... open twice in the past 3 weeks, 2 times open out of 15 days. I pulled up, the lights are on, the menus are lit for the drivethru, I get to the microphone, and nobody says a thing, they just leave me sitting there. I ordered a Teriyaki Bowl, and a egg roll...coffee and a chocolate shake as you can see by the receipt attached to the crumpled... open bag I received...inside was cold fries both regular and curly...2 hard, nearly burnt cold tenders. The shake was completelymelted and disgusting...no cherries as requested per the receipt. No egg roll even nor sauce. I am a truck driver and had noreal option but to Door Dash and because you don't have to look me in the eye, this is what you do? Now that being said Iwonder if your family had ordered this would you treat them with same disrespect? Offer them cold nasty food? And not even closeto the correct order. My husband ordered a salad, I ordered some tacos and a regular burger. We got to the window and were told there was no salad... available, so my husband ordered a burger instead. The guy handed me my burger and tacos and I offered to park in front so Ididn?t hold up the line while they made the other burger. When we parked my husband let me know the tacos were not in the bag.The guy came out with the burger and we let him know of the missing items. He quickly went inside and brought back not just thetwo tacos I ordered, but he brought us four. We left happy but when we got home we were extremely disappointed to find fourtacos burned beyond belief. Come on JITB. I had just worked 14 hours and just wanted a taco.
