The Orcutt location has THE WORST customer service! I have 3 different experiences with rude employees having obvious attitude.... Tonight was the worst. I walked in with my two kids, had to wait for the supervisor to be available since the other employeewasn't able to slice the meat. That was fine with me. We had no problem waiting. The time we were waiting the young lady seemedto be in a bad mood and was giving us a "go away" vibe. The supervisor comes in and they make eye contact. By their bodylanguage and looks they gave one another it was obvious they were angry that we were there. They still had 30 minutes untilthey closed. I dodnt think that would be such a problem. The sandwiches themselves are really good but I decided it wasn't worthbeing treated badly just for sandwiches so I told them to forget it. The supervisor made a half hearted attempt to keep us therebut really didn't care. Your employees are ruining your business. I have lots of experience in customer service. I am alsonever rude or pushy when I go to places. There was no reason to be treated so horribly. Even when you mobile order theypractically throw your sandwich at you. So sad!!!! Read more

Came in on a Friday night 30 minutes before closing. Staff was visibly upset with me for showing up 30 minutes before closing.... Asked if they were still open and employee responded with,?I guess.? It was 8:35? Read more

I came inside at 8:45 and two lady?s laughed at me when I asked them to make a sandwich on the grill, they said it?s closed. The... lazy workers their were rude, don?t spend your hard earn money on an establishment like this. I recommend going to the one inSanta Maria near Best Buy. Read more

Walked in with my kids and the place is not busy at all on a Saturday evening. The staff looked like they were making an order... which is fine we can wait however there was no greeting, no be right with you, nothing. Shouldn't say nothing because we did getdirty looks, one girl left to the back and the other seemed to be in slow motion on purpose. Sad really because we like theirsandwiches but won't be back to that location. You can clearly see lack of customer service which sadly even my kids noticed. Read more

Terrible experience. The food is actually amazing and affordable - only reason it?s not 1 star. I eat at Mike?s 2-3 times a... month. More than half the time my experience is about the same. As usual, the staff were very poorly trained, one was rude,order accuracy was bad and the touchless payment system didn?t work. It really seems like the franchise owner doesn?t realizethis is seriously impacting customer experiences. Read more

Small and easy to find location. Professional staff and a great sandwich with fresh meat, cheese, lettuce, onion and right... amount of olive oil. Regular size is all you need for a meal. Plenty of chip choices too. Read more

8/15/2021 I thought that it is mandatory for workers to wear mask when prepping your food. Seems like the workers got laxed when... a manager/supervisor is not around. Read more

Cant go wrong with the #13 Mike's Way...so fresh and delicious. Best deli in town!
