Received an undercooked calzony and crazy bread. Called to see about having it replaced and the manager proceeded to argue... rudely over the phone that our food wasn't undercooked and accusing us of lying. It's just sad that we will have to drivefarther to avoid going to the Little Caesars in Orcutt due to poor quality food and terrible customer service.. We may juststick to Domino's in Orcutt from now on, since the price are basically the same. Read more
Place is a joke. Ran by little immature kids. Who don't take pride in their work. Tried to walk in and order. Ordered special... which was displayed on multiple signs. Was denied special. Their excuse was that I had to order online. I started to checkphone. When another customer showed me visible special sign stating online or in person. She still didn't honor. Left withoutordering.
