Received an undercooked calzony and crazy bread. Called to see about having it replaced and the manager proceeded to argue... rudely over the phone that our food wasn't undercooked and accusing us of lying. It's just sad that we will have to drivefarther to avoid going to the Little Caesars in Orcutt due to poor quality food and terrible customer service.. We may juststick to Domino's in Orcutt from now on, since the price are basically the same. Read more
Place is a joke. Ran by little immature kids. Who don't take pride in their work. Tried to walk in and order. Ordered special... which was displayed on multiple signs. Was denied special. Their excuse was that I had to order online. I started to checkphone. When another customer showed me visible special sign stating online or in person. She still didn't honor. Left withoutordering. Will never give my money to this establishment. She was also bad mouthing in back. She didn't notice I was waiting tospeak with her again. Horrible workers! amazing customer service! alexis r actually helped me. she had such a great attitude and offered me napkins and peppers. despite... the review on her I believe that was untrue. would definitely go back again! the pizza was also delicious!!! i ordered a thincrust 3 meat treat and it was nice and crispy!! Well 10to 12 minutes 20 minutes later pizza. If u add an ingredient it's almost 4 dollars and u get 10 cents worth of... ingredients Way RIP off. Flavor is good. I'm sure if u get their specials it's worth the money??? Not anything else is not worthit Wont go back. Read more
Went in today and I ordered the 5$ lunch combo , the lady was super sweet she always is to me every time I go there . I also got... an order of the crazy bread but I was a couple cents short & she ended up putting the rest in for me ???? I wish I knew her name!!! This place is terrible. I have been here several times and neither the food nor staff are good. The staff, is rude, impatient,... and unorganized. The food has never been good, from overcooked Hot and Ready's to the last pizza we had that gave my little onemild food poisoning. We thought maybe everybody has an off day, so we have tried going back. Well, 3rd times a charm for me.Never again at this location. Proceed at your own risk. Read more
The attitude of the cashier sucked. I was denied an extra empty cup to give my toddler some sauce, and with a nasty attitude.... It's a freakin' empty cup, lady. Every other Little Caesar's I've been to has happily provided one. Ridiculous. Read more
