McDonald's will always be engraved into me. Best dam restaurant when I was a kid. This is the only restaurant I thought there... was. Time went on and I realized there is so much more out here. *2nd review* After going there again today, I yet again had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to take my order.... Horrible. *first review*This location was my very first job. Yes the place looks nice and clean but the service sucked. I hadto stand there while they took care of a couple cars in the drive through, didn't even bother acknowledging that I was eventhere, while I waited for them. My chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting there all day. My niece wanted a happy mealbut didn't didn't touch it cause it didn't look appetizing. They forgot to put her apples in her happy meal. My niece was superdisappointed that the play place is still closed. I was very disappointed. In 22 years the quality of this place has reallychanged. I pulled to the drive thru and the clerk was having a personal conversation over the intercom with the car in front. I was... patient and sat for a few minutes but as cars passed the lane next to me I gave them a honk and told them to hurry. All 3 girlsin the car gave me the middle finger. When I pulled up to pay for my food I was told I was getting a warning and would berefused service if it happened again. Instead of the managers first asking what happened he immediately took the girls side andaccused me of verbally assaulting people. He was unaware that they flipped me off. I was shocked that I had to defend myself andI left with my money in my pocket. Bad management and I will not go to McDonalds if this is there corporate standard. Read more

I love this McDonalds On S. Skyway Drive Santa Maria California they make the food fresh and don't need to be waiting for a long... time. Drive-thru service is fast. The managers from there are awesome & they will take the time to resolve any situation thatmight come their way. Friendly, kind and energetic is what they show every time you go to their restaurant. I strongly recommendthis McDonalds But stay away from the other McDonalds N. Broadway Santa Maria, California they are horrible, not friendly, not acustomer service friendly, managers are so rude to customers and their employees, they will always make the customers andemployees look bad in front of everyone. The managers treat their employees as slaves never as employees. They don't allow themto take their breaks and lunch breaks. When they get sick they are not allowed to call in sick and if they miss 2 days by beingsick they get less hours or they don't get to be put on the schedule. When they get a doctor's note to be excused from work for2 days The managers always tells them it's not valid and therefore they need to go back to work. No wonder other people getsick. STAY AWAY FROM THE OTHER MCDONALDS. The McDonalds by S. Bradley rd is just horrible the manager from there are so rudeand You can tell she doesn't make the effort to resolve a problem with an order. Great place to get a good burger and eat it there, great atmosphere and friendly people. Also clean!
