2 spicy Tonkatsu ramens, one with chicken and one with pork belly. This place has the best ramen I've had in a restaurant. Every... restaurant I've been to had bland ramen, but sake sushi hits those taste buds. I've had the shuyo and miso ramen as well, but Ithas been a while. The pork belly is tender, with a bit of fat on it; it has a really good flavor to it. The chicken has noflavor but its still good with the broth. The noodles are PERFECT, not aw mushy, they are a perfect al dente. Overall this placealways hits the spot, even on a hot day lol.
