Extremely bad service, we waited 20 minutes to get the drinks alone. Then the main order didn't came 30 minutes after ordering,... when we asked what's going on they cooked the order on the spot and delivered it wrong (we asked for no bacon and gotbacon). The burgers looked like they were warmed up and not made on the spot, it also tastes bad. The person in charge dismissedus and didn't even apologize. OMG!! I can?t believe how bad is the costumers service! Santa Monica Is a friendly place and I am always glad about the nice... people around but LENA? the lady taking orders. She treat me in a very snarky way and made the most disgusting coffee I everhad, It was dirty hot water.
