Went here a while ago, the seasonal item that we ordered was mediocre but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Prices... seemed to be reasonable at the time, but the food was just okay. Extremely bad service, we waited 20 minutes to get the drinks alone. Then the main order didn't came 30 minutes after ordering,... when we asked what's going on they cooked the order on the spot and delivered it wrong (we asked for no bacon and gotbacon). The burgers looked like they were warmed up and not made on the spot, it also tastes bad. The person in charge dismissedus and didn't even apologize. OMG!! I can?t believe how bad is the costumers service! Santa Monica Is a friendly place and I am always glad about the nice... people around but LENA? the lady taking orders. She treat me in a very snarky way and made the most disgusting coffee I everhad, It was dirty hot water. I?m giving this place a one star due to the poor customer service from the young lady who took my order. Lucky the manager was... in and refunded back my money. The sad part it was my first time trying this place which I left the food and won?t come backagain. Delicious! I got the Impossible Burger, which is vegetarian!! It was delicious! I got fruit as the side! I was able to dine-in.... They have a lot of coffee options, I tried their espresso, it was nice. They have delivery drivers like Doordash coming topick up food a lot. Wide selection of food and drinks. Read more

Good lord, I love the taste of their food. First time here. You can actually taste seasoning and flavor. I like that I can taste... the pepper in their food. The impossible burger is very tasty along with the side grilled veggies and mashed potatoes. So muchflavor! Yum! I highly recommend. Also I?m primarily vegan. I do make exceptions for dairy.
