My family and I had a horrible experience with customer service here, we tried ordering our food and after every item we ordered... we were asked "Is that it?" in a rude tone and attitude, then when we were asked if our order was correct, my mother who'sdriving simply said "I can't see the whole order" then when it was moved up, we had a second literally to look at it when wewere told to pull up. When we did pull up, the lady rudely opened the window and told us, "I'm not giving you your order becauseyou were rude" with an attitude amd closed the window on us. So as expected my mother and everyone was mad, upset, and confusedand we drove off. We got McDonald's instead???????? Read more
Rude, rude, rude! We had 6 people in the car. We told her we had 6 people, but after each item then lady asked "is that all?" ... We kept ordering and she kept asking "is that all?" We told her no. We were still ordering. Once done, she told us to checkthe screen, but the screen was clear. When we got the the window the lady said she wasn't going to take our order, because wewere rude. Favorite breakfast creation? a bowl of white rice, scrambled eggs, and American cheese. They can also make it with a fried eggs... instead of scrambled. Next time I?ll add meat. Yum. Read more
Too many transits hanging about. When I?m with my kids they ask me for money and food. The staff doesn?t care. Sometimes ppl... shower in the restaurants restroom. The reputation of this Jack n the box is terrible. If you have HS kids tell them to stayaway! Nothing but trouble here. Even if I?m starving I wouldn?t go here. I?ll update photos soon.. There is no more dine in at this location. However there is drive thru and pick up. The staff I usually good about getting... orders put quickly. Food is consistent in taste and temperature most of the time. Another perk is they serve breakfast all daylong and they have a good variety of beef and chicken sandwiches as well as snacks like jalapeno poppers, egg rolls, and ofcourse their tacos (not traditional, but they are good in their own crunchy cheesy way). Service here is very irritating if you don't speak Spanish. The language barrier is real. Two tacos and a Jr jumbo jack no... cheese. I got two tacos nothing but lettuce inside because they scraped out the cheese and a jumbo jack with cheese. Blew mymind lol I also feel like the quality of patron here is kind of garbage it's a little ironic to see people crying aboutuplifting the community while at the same time complaining that there are homeless people asking for food. One could argue thatuplifting the community consists of helping the homeless in Santa Monica I mean didn't the city receive millions in funding todo that? I couldn't help but notice immediately after they received those fundings though the City board received pay raises nodoubt for all the hard work they don't do. Read more
