Horrible experience. Will never return. My teenage daughter and her friend decided to stop here for a meal. They sat there for... about 45 min before finally asking a waiter for a menu. They ordered their food. My daughter got chicken tenders. She had ateabout one and a half before realizing there was a dead BUG in her tender. COOKED into her tender. She brought it to her waitersattention and the waiter was very dismissive. She claimed ?oh it must?ve just landed there.? Uh and died?! They did not offerher any compensation nor fresh food. Needless to say they were disgusted after that and did not finish their meal. Despite thewaiters nonchalant attitude and dismissive behavior they still even left her a tip. Maybe if they weren?t kids they would havebeen treated better? They also noticed mice traps in the bathroom. Unsanitary. Eat at your own risk. Read more
Oh yes!!! Finally a homemade tasty burger. The burger was cooked to perfection. The chili cheese fries were flavored like the... chili had been slow cooked all day. Employees were so kind despite being extremely busy. Read more

Store was very busy and only 2 people were working, They do a good job but still you got to wait too long to be served, tables... weren?t clean even when we asked for someone to wipe the table he did wipe it but it was still dirty! Well, if you have not tried the impossible burger as of yet. I would recommend trying it here. I loved it! It was very... delicious. We sat outside for obvious reasons, so it was a bit chaotic with foot traffic going by. After all, this is SantaMonica, foot traffic everywhere. We did not have to wait too long for a seat. However, food took a bit long though. But when itarrived we were pleased. Our waitress was very nice. I can just imagine on weekends this place is packed. Santa Monica is overlycrowded on weekends. So dining in here might be a challenge. Today, Monday was not so bad of a wait. Read more
