Racist because I look white but I?m actually Mexican. Mexican girl would only give tall water to me but gave two grande waters... to other Latinos. Made my coffee wrong on top of it all. Rude as I have found in ALL of LA. I have spent a fortune at starbucksand hardly asked for anything extra. I had to walk 10 min then get treated like I?m racist-when my father is Mexican. Stopjudging a book by its cover as I probably speak better Spanish than you. LA is by far the worst city in America -rude and mean.This is the second starbucks where a Mexican girl has assumed I am white -I am very polite. Do I need to start speaking Spanishso I can be treated as other Latinos? No problem. Starbucks-you really need to take a look at LA-you have a racist issue. I donot see these issues in Florida or Texas-being judged bc my skin is white when I?m actually not white. Read more

This location makes more mistakes on a simple drink than any other Starbucks. In one week, I have to ask them to remake my drink... 4 times. it is truly unbelievable. I have observed the employees, and honestly, they spend more time chatting than making thedrinks, and they are not focused . This experience has left me with such bad taste. I definitely will not be returning to thislocation. I can say that with certainty, all they do is talk talk and customer says you didn't make my drink right they getattitude. Read more
Absolutely the rudest Starbucks I've been to. I've been here over 25 times and they still manage to be rude to me. Today "kat"... told me I couldn't be served because I was harassing her workers. I didn't know it was possible to harass someone with youreyes. I really hope this Starbucks changes the way they treat people. Read more
Service is good but the place is dirty tables with trash and stains coffee same with floor
Great location. Hop, skip, and a jump from the beach. It wasn't crowded and the baristas are very pleasant. I ordered a Matcha... iced latte and a hot toffee nut latte. They took a bit longer with the hot drink, but it was very tasty. Read more
Ok starbucks is awesome, famous and everything, but I'm not sure about the service... Sometimes I have to wait a lot for my... $4.50 beverage even if it's an Americano. I love this coffee but sometimes is too crowded to enjoy the experience. Read more
Starbucks in a swanky outdoor shopping area. I was a tourist, on foot, wanted a break. There are nooo seats, not even a bench to... sit while waiting for your order. Certainly no tables. Restroom? Nope. Big empty space where seating once was. I paid $3.45 fora plastic cup full of ice and a meager amount of Americano coffee. I pay for the ambiance, for comfort, a place to rest wearyfeet, use a restroom, maybe, briefly, internet service. Starbucks doesn't want to attract homeless people. Okay, then requirepatrons to order before sitting down, have a 30 minute rule, code for restroom, and if you have to hire security, so be it.Businesses are allowed to prohibit loitering. If customers could sit, I think they'd be more inclined to order food, and frequent the restaurant more often. The additional revenue would help offset costs if contract for a security officer.
