Needs second garbage can at front of store. Also needs ropes for forming a line(so the cashiers stop/don't yell at guests to... "form line over here " or "move to your etc to form line." The cashiers were so concerned about this, I watched them loudly askevery second guest in line to move over and form a line to the etc...mind you, there was never more then 2 people in line whenthese requests occurred. I have been to so many starbucks and this is the first time I write a review because this place deserves one!!!! This starbucks... is very clean and the staff was so nice. There were only two staff and they did our orders (5 orders) so fast. After us thereare more people coming in and I can see that everyone was happy. This starbucks is very clean and there bathrooms is clean too.Plus the views is AMAZING ???? Read more
If there's anything I take just as serious as customer service, that is the cleanliness of a store. Bathrooms are a mess and had... urine and feces on the toilet seat. The floors are a mess, the tables are not properly wiped down, and there were at least eightemployees working. Absolutely no excuse for a store to look like that when there are eight people working. Definitely going toreport this city LA county health department and to Starbucks corporate office. Also, I was charged $2.95 for a large coffee.This morning I was at another Starbucks and I paid $2.75 for a large coffee. When I inquired about the $0.20 difference, theycouldn't tell me why it was $2.95. Read more
This spot is great after renovation. Good choice of food and attentive baristas and staff. The store is clean and spacious.
Barista named KACEY is THE WORST. He doesn't even acknowledge you at the counter, and wears a cap all the way and he 'dogs'... you, stares you down and you're standing in line trying to place an order. Where did you find barista like this guy? Worstever. Kacey told me the bathroom is closed and let's a woman use bathroom. On the other hand, a black female barista is supernice and courteous. I'm a gold card member and I won't be coming back to this location because of Kacey. Read more
