My cousin who is wheelchair bound disabled sent me with her EBT to go get a sandwich for her. She told me that this location has... accepted her EBT each time she?s went but the lady making the sandwich was rude off rip and was rushing through the sandwichmaking then at the end I told her 5 times it was EBT & it kept declining. Thinking my cousin didn?t have enough money, I called& saw that her balance was more than enough to pay for her meal. I came back & even asked the lady if she did the EBT, she justlooked blankly at me and told me to try again. I did, & after 3 more times of being declined she goes ?well what are you payingwith? Because we don?t take EBT here.? I told her ?I told you more than 3 times it was EBT & you said nothing to me? she justsaid ?we?ve never taken EBT here? I told her that they have previously and she just said ?no we haven?t, ever? so I left thestuff there obviously, I came back and told my cousin & my cousin called to speak to the manager & she was told ?there is nomanager here only the owner and he?s only here on Friday?s? like really?? Even if my cousin was wrong about the EBT thing, yourworkers need to pay attention, be more polite and aware. Which btw I know my cousin wasn?t wrong because it?s the only one shecan push herself too. Ridiculous lol Read more

This Subway store is the best in town. So far, the sandwiches we buy here are the most amazing sandwich ever eaten. I reccomend... this place for anyone. Read more

A multi million dollar company like Subway should be able to afford paying normal wages to their employees instead of 2$ per... hour. They shouldn't depend on the goodwill of the customers. What a bizarre system. In Europe this would be forbidden. Read more

I use to love this Subway, not only because it's right across the street from the office but because it use to be great. The... bread at this location is always soft and fresh, that's its only positive coming out of today's visit. I ordered 2 footlongsubs. One chicken teriyaki. One tuna. Incredibly simple sandwiches to prepare. I haven't touched the tuna yet, so based on thechicken teriyaki alone--- first, I asked for lettuce, extra pickles, red onions, bell peppers and extra sauce, no tomatoes. Sheproceeds to make my sandwich with a spinach base-- uhm, why? Ew. Never before. Never again. I asked her to remove the spinach. She kept it on. She moved along to the toppings.. added tomatoes (are you serious? I said no tomatoes.) I asked her to removethem, she kept them on. No red onions. No extra pickles overall.. on a footlong. The sauce.. oh gosh, the sauce, tasted almostas bitter as a balsamic vinaigrette and not a sweet teriyaki. I mean if there was ANY effort to make this a sandwich I wouldenjoy, all was failed. My partner who I split the sandwich with, after 2 bites, said, "Ew. What is this? This is terrible. Let'sorder a pizza." Moving on to check out. Why? Because this experience gets worse, if thats even possible. So I had a papercoupon for a Buy 1/Get 1 Free. I thought, "Amazing, let's do this!" Nope. Coupon expired yesterday. ???? Okay, so that's fine. Ihave an app coupon for Buy 1/Get 1 50% OFF. Of course.. as in tune with this whole visit, she failed to apply my coupon. I spent$19.03 on TWO Footlong sandwiches, one of which we could not even enjoy. I know there's always room for improvement, but thiswasn't even a rush hour situation. This is BAD for an experience on a Saturday afternoon. Read more

Came here for lunch, sandwich was good but my broccoli cheddar soup was water downed, tasted bland and had little bits of... broccoli stem. Either this was old soup from another day or manager neglect at work. I had broccoli cheddar soup before and ismy favorite but not at this location. Read more

This is a perfect example who one single person - the gentlemen at the check out - can ruin a lunch experience for a dozen... people, as almost everyone of the peope during our dining experience today were unhappy. Few had the coupons and the guy was -quote "too busy" to deal with it. He was creating a negative buzz in the place that the entire other staff looked apologetic. Wemade us buy drinks for 4 6 inch sandwiches to go - as only with drinks the coupons could be applied - only to then NOT apply thecoupons. We paid $40 for four drinks and 4 small sandwiches, and wow to never return. And I was not the only one. One oldergentleman wanted to wash his hands after his lunch - and asked politley for a bathroom, only to be barked at. A shame really. Read more

I've been to this subway over 20+ times as i work walking distance to it. This Subway probably puts the least amount of... toppings/meat on your sandwich possible - even when you ask more. It's apparent that the owner of this store is looking for anyway to cut costs. Avoid this Subway. Read more

They were perfectly pleasant, polite and efficient. I don't know how they can make your sandwich wrong since you're standing... right in front of them as they make it so I wouldn't trust the other review. Read more
