This location was nice. Parking a bit tough but doable. Service just ok. Food ( even dressing ) came out at different times for... table of 4 so that killed the experience. Wrong meal delivered to our table. We all agreed Service was not up to par with theprice point. My Cobb salad was a huge disappointment. For 19.99 it is ridiculously small. The service is so prompt and friendly. Water is constantly checked and refilled. Full of energy and service quality. My Juicy... Lucy burger is really good. The cheese and sauce is in between the beef patties. When you bite the first time, the sauce andcheese burst out from the other side of burger. It is kinda messy yet fun. Burger is juicy, and for me, the sauce is a bit toosalty that belongs to heavy flavor category and water is definitely needed. Fried onion rings are think and easy to eat. It isthin like shoelaces, you?d better eat it when it is hot and crispy. I like this place, tiny and full of friendliness. Youngpeople with good smiles, attitude and most of all, outstanding service quality that makes people want to come again. The onlyminor drawback is not about service or food but IT. This place is the hamburger capital of Santa Monica. I think there's more variations here than anywhere that I know of. Service... is relaxed casual. Food's delicious, fresh and unique in many ways. I was surprised to find out they have only cold beverages,no hot drinks. My son and I had Buffalo grass-fed burgers. We've both been here several times and I've always enjoyed our food.Albeit, the place is also noisy when it's only moderately busy. But that doesn't take away from it. Read more
My favorite is the turkey chili with cranberries. Sweet and spicy taste. Yes, the burgers are good also. Atmosphere: fewer... tables indoors with wide-open windows. Made a stop here after a day of brewery hopping and craving burgers. Definitely hit the spot. Very generous selection of... toppings and patty/cheese options. Waitress was very friendly. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a solid gourmetburger. Read more
Very expensive for the portion size offered. Staff was offered good service Food was good but way to expensive. Beers are... offered here to Good for families, a quick self stop, date night, or a group of friends . Ice tea was good . They offer a smokeyketchup that is unbelievable. Good for a business meeting . At these prices would not work well for a family with youngkids. Street parking with meters can be found . Great location near airport . Overpriced and bland food. For a $20 burger I expect a little more care and quality put into it. The bread for example was... flattened and soggy. It was clearly bread that was shipped in rather than made in house. Meat was unseasoned and dry. The burgerin general was just lacking in taste. There?s nothing wrong with sourcing your ingredients but don?t charge me $20 for it.There?s plenty of other choices in the area for a similar price point that won?t leave you wondering why you spent so much.
