It says on Google that they are open til 8. It even says it was confirmed BY THE BUSINESS 4 days ago. Went there tonight and got... there at 7:40. Was informed that they were closed. Love the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. I am always getting it when I am near the mall. so much I love th sandwich so much was I... disappointed when the guy on the grill did not wear his mask properly not covering his mouth and nose. quiet shocking for me intimes like this . I've been eating at Charley"s for seven years. I grew up near Philadelphia AND LOVE a good Philly cheese steak. While it" s not... a "true Philly," it's as close as I can find here. Pretty gross. But, you're at the mall food court, so that's what's up I suppose. Bad sign that they can't even bust out a bad... for you chili for there "gourmet fries." Instead you get weird soft baco-bits and/ or ranch dressing. No thank you. Also, nothank you to lettuce and tomato on any kind of philly cheesesteak. Nobody here is trying to eat healthy. The owner "Bill Lam" is very cheap he charges mall employees full price even though there is a discount. Also the staff gives... out punch cards for return visits, he said the meal I bought was already on sale so he couldn't give me a card. Then he startedmansplaining I had to come back and buy something at regular price. It would seem that to a business owner that handing out apunch card is the least you can do to build your business.
