This place is ABYSMAL. Rude workers and consistently low-quality food preparation. If you happen to point out that your order... is WRONG, then be prepared for extra attitude as if you have somehow horribly offended the person preparing it. My online order wasn't there when I went to pick it up. They prepared it but someone must have taken it off the pickup shelf. It... would be great if they figure out a better way to do the online order pickup. Yes, it is very convenient to just go in and grabit off the shelf. But, I wouldn't be surprised if random people always go in there and easily get free food for themselves :( Read more
Staff was rude and indifferent. Seemed like a group of children with no management or supervision. The older staff seemed... overwhelmed and annoyed by the younger staff fooling around and not taking their job seriously or caring about their service tocustomers. The younger staff was SO rude and were fooling around for patrons to witness behind the counter. I usually don'tleave bad reviews, but there needs to be a manager present to teach these kids how to be professional otherwise they won't getfar. I feel bad for the older staff members who have to put up with this behavior. It was a site to see. On a scale of 1-10 ofbad service they rank 10. Food was good though. Read more
I have gone to this location about 5 times in the past few months and each time it was a miss. I went today and it was the same... thing. staff are rude to each other, workplace is messy and online orders take way longer to get than walking in and orderingonce you arrive. The worst every time, every single time they ruin our orders, today we got my kid a quesadilla and there was no cheese?. None,... who on earth do they hire that?s so stoned they forget cheese. Update ? 1 year later and still trash, I get it working with thegeneral public sucks. I?m no stranger, but someone must be high as hell because my kids cheese quesadilla was just tortilla andtortilla. No milk and no chips. This location needs mature responsible adults as staff, the kids are unorganized & careless. You as a customer have to tell them... how to do their job.
