It?s Cold Stone? what?s not to like?! Delicious as always.
Not the cleanest employees, 2 males had long hair down and and in their face , walking around as I stood there , sneezing... without covering his sneeze all over the fresh waffle cones they were making. ???? Sprinkles and crumbs all over glass counter,Noone had wiped down counters all day and it was only 1p.m.. Finally a female employee helped me , she did great and her longhair was back in a bun . This was the smallest cup of ice cream I've ever received for $5. I am so disappointed that I will never return to the Cold... Stone Creamery. At least their customer service was good. That's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. Read more
MARISOL was very rude! I brought my 2 children here Tuesday November 10, 2020 at 615pm. She didn't say hello or thank you. She... was rolling her eyes when I didn't know the cup size for a milkshake. Now more than ever its hard to read people's body languagewith a mask on, so with her rolling her eyes and not having basic customer service skills like just being friendly, really wasdisturbing. I won't ever come back. I'll go to the coldstone in rohnert park or baskin robbins. Apparently she's the shiftleader. ...hopefully her manager reads this and re trains her on basic customer service skills, or even on basics humanitiesclass. Best ice cream cakes in town. I ordered online five days ahead of event and it was ready as promised. I ordered a large Cookie... Dough Delirium. I thought it came with Kit-Kats, but it didn?t. They offered to add it on free, and I said okay. Best part wasit was delicious! It looks just like the picture. Open during pandemic. Read more
If you've never been to coldstone, you're in for a treat. It's truly a great place to get ice cream, and especially the EXACT... kind you want with so many flavors and mix-ins. Cake batter is my favorite flavor ice cream. Their cookie dough mix-in is someof the best cookie dough I've had. This specific location is great, I've been here numerous times the employees are great.During COVID they are keeping the place very clean and social distancing is in affect. Used to love coming here as a child, but now its a drag to come here. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Observed the employees and... customers. Both were grumpy, including myself. This place is too busy and there aren't enough employees. You can immediatelyfeel the bad vibe when walking into the store. When customers order their ice cream, they are given the death stare by theemployees. My milkshake was super runny, not creamy like advertised. Once a customer got their ice cream they had to wait at theregister for another 5 minutes while their ice cream melts (literally happened to every customer). I waited at the register for5 minutes to pay. STOP TAKING DOORDASH ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T EVEN HELP THE IN STORE CUSTOMERS. Read more
