I'm honestly getting really tired of five guys. seriously they are always late every single time I'm there. I just don't... understand why that is except maybe they just don't like doing doordash orders. maybe that's just always the bottom of theirpriority list. it's just rude. they were not busy when I got there. the only customers that were there when I entered we'resitting at their tables. there were no people placing orders at the time so they had plenty of time to have my orderready. Best french fries in the whole Bay Area and very quick service. I barely sat down and they called out my number. I've visited... the five guys in Pleasant Hill and Santa Rosa and they're both excellent for their fries. The little fry is enough for me butthey have two other sizes larger. Read more

It is our first time eating at five guys and this location. Restaurant was dirty, food is cold and messy (not appetizing),... cashier not friendly, condiment and drinking fountain area very dirty. It looked like they have not cleaned the ketchup nozzlefor years. When we got our oder fries are not even un cups. Very disappointing. Read more
