I was excited that there was a bagel place near my work. The first couple times I went it was okay. But the last two times it... was all bad. One trip I was so hungry I bit into my bagel and there was the longest black hair in between the cream cheese. Iwas so grossed out. The most recent time I went there is a young woman who is so rude. I actually refuse to go back because ofher. She was belittling and her attitude sucked. I would rather take my business elsewhere. Read more
The food is really good! I used to come here all the time for lunch until they hired a gal who is very rude. There was this... sweet lady who used to work there, but she was replaced with a rude person. I could tolerate bad customer service if food servedin a timely manner, but they are clearly understaffed. It is a shame because I love their food! It is just that the servicetakes too long.
