You might want to check the integrity of you soda cups. I went through the drive thru and was handed a small soda which when i... grabbed it the cup collapsed in my hand and the top came off and the soda spilled on my seat and consul which now is stained. Inall my years of going through a fast food dive thru this is the first time that happen . Read more
Food is still good, except for the milkshakes...9 times out of 10 the machine is broken, supposedly. The service is... questionable in the drive thru late at night. This visit I ended up NOT ordering, I had to back out of the drive thru afterhaving waited for service for at least 20 minutes. Read more
Always empty, drive through really sucks sometimes. They?re very slow and employees are not that good at there job. Food is... honestly trash like every other Jack in the box. Read more
Got 2 meals & sandwich. Took abit, but the food was hot& fresh& worth the wait. Great chicken nuggets & i love the ultimate... cheeseburger. I love the soda machine & all the flav opts. Some of my fav menu items: loaded wedges, egg rolls & the coffeedrinks???? Reliable and good, always something new on the menu to try. Read more
Super dirty behind counter and dining area. Fry guy was eating while he was working. Counter person super dismissive of customer... needs in dining area. I will never eat at this location again. If I could I would give 0 stars Read more
Workers need to clean their dam ears and listen when costumers ask for a specific thing and end up not giving you what u asked... for!!! I asked for búfalo sauce and just gave me ranch and taco sauce!!! Need better workers Read more
Sooo. I got to the drive through and LITERALLY the microphone "customer service guy" said and I quote "HELLO - WHAT DO YOU WANT"... All jokes aside! I have never, ever experienced such uneducated, unprofessional and rude welcome! This was an early tomid-twenties hispanic guy! When I got to the window instead of being upset, I FELT SAD FOR HIM having to work at what he does. Ilove Sourdough Jack! That is why I risk the terrible service... Good Luck to You!!! Read more
