Customer service was bad. No one understands english. They kept saying they lost the key to restroom when it was a code to get... in, a pregnant lady almost had a accident in her pants. Saw customers storm out because it took to long to order then orderswere wrong and we wasted 40 bucks on under cooked food. So disgusting eating limp fries we had to trash it. Plus the lobby wasdirty. And the cashier's makeup? was peeling around her mouth and chin hoping it didn't get flakes into the food.but it waspretty bad to look at, surprised her co workers didn't say something. Read more

Ordered everything from drive thru at the end we say credit/debit card &dude says 'oh sorry cash only right now,don't yall got... cash? ' no sir we actually do not,now we are stuck in line behind 2 cars and 3 cars behind us. Had to get to a graduation, hadto wait for other patrons to recieve food,not the patrons fault but he should have said that first,we could have backed upbefore becoming trapped. Read more

I was in the drive thru for 20 MINUTES! I was understanding at the beginning because I understand it was a Friday night and... drive thrus can be busy. BUT when I got to the window, all the employees were messing around. The floor was disgusting and themilk shake machine was disgusting. You could tell they drop things and pick them up right away and probably put it into yourfood bag. The place is not clean at all. McDonald?s and KFC are cleaner than this. It's ok food. Love the munchameals sad prices when up, but understandable. Don't get crazy ordering a bunch of food on... drive-thru though cause they will always mess up and end up having to go inside to let them know. Otherwise can't go wrong witha Lil Jack Read more
