I've given up on this location. Expect that from delivery you'll get your pizzas and nothing else. Drinks? They won't come.... Breadsticks? They won't come. Desert? Won't come. But they'll sure charge you for them! Read more
As local family on a budget, Little Caesars is normally our go to, but this location is GROSSLY incompetent at basically... everything. We've given them plenty of chances but they've managed to mess up or "forget" half our order SIX TIMES in a row ofthe course of a year or so. The food has gone downhill in the last year. Just this last visit they forgot to add sauce to my pizza and it the toppings were... burnt, they also forgot to put butter on my bread sticks they were so dry not even my dog wanted them. And it's not the 1st timethings like this have happened there. There customer service is GREAT but the food just isn't what it used to be. Read more
The customer service in this business is excellent. They are sharp when they take orders and they have NEVER messed up my order,... and I go here quite a bit. They only downfall is that certain menu items that they spend millions of dollars on advertising, arenot always available. And I always ask them, "but why?? It's supposed to be 'hot and ready' " Read more
I love their online order/docking system. Only every once in a while, specifically when I order sauces do I find that my order... is not accurate. With that being said, they quickly resolve the issue and I'm off on my merry little way. Read more
I've never had an issue with this location even when they get busy! Safe to say, they have a manager that cares!
