They normally have decent service at this place in the daytime but they still like take a while to get to you but I went there... yesterday or last night and there was like a 20 minute wait just for two drinks and then when I finally got the drinks I askedthe guy to put three sweeteners on the ice tea and he ended up putting like 10 of them in so when I left it was super sweet Icouldn't even drink it I've been trying to call him this morning to let him know but no one's answering the phone so yeah that'sgoing to take it down to maybe one star from now oh by the way three people walked out in the process because they weren't evenpaying attention to them and I believe this is part of the fact that they're short-handed but they should definitely hire somemore people and when I did make contact with the girl that was there she was rude and she said: we have other customers anddrive through can't you see!! After she said that to me people started to walk out one by one but it was too late for me becauseI had already paid so I have no choice other than waiting for my stuff to be done and then the end result was not good so yesI'm not very happy. The food is always good the staff is Pleasant and the restaurant is clean and that's the only fast food place I go to
The food and service was good. Disappointed because am from out of town and the 25cent charge for a brown bag of ridiculous... ????, again but surprised as it's San Francisco. What are they going to charge next ketchup and napkins?? Surely. Read more
Very clean place order a big breakfast with hot cakes . Pancakes were cold and the two on bottom were torn up. I won't order... here again. Read more
Everytime I go there, they get my oder wrong. Especially in the drive through. Also don't ask for delivery it's either cold as... heck, and Always wrong. I'm done w Micky D's. Which is sad. People just don't appreciate good customer service these days. Read more
I don?t expect much, other than to make my food correctly. I clearly stated, ?No cheese,? which the cashier understood and put... on the order label. Apparently though, literacy and courtesy are not required to work in the kitchen. How tough is ?no cheese?to understand? Seriously? Did not get our 3 hashbrowns and put sausage on the mcgriddle when asked to put it on the side. I hope there is not a recurrence... cause the food is great and I'm running out of McDonald's located near me that don't mess up every time you go though drivethru.
