YIKES. I experienced the meanest person taking orders in the drive thru. It was shocking. Maybe the lady was having a bad day,... but WOW, she snapped at me to ?just hold on? in an annoyed tone after asking to take my order, and she did it twice. We waitedand waited, meanwhile, five cars pulled up behind us, and eventually they started to honk. I?m not exaggerating when I say itwas a long time. She got all three orders wrong and she left her station when we got to the window, because no one was there? itlooked like a manger type had to step in and give us our order. It's McDonald's so you know what you're going to get. The staff is friendly and fast. Always a smile and "Have a nice day" great... friendly service. I went back this morning for breakfast ???? and I was lucky and made it before the deadline which is my onlycomplaint. I think they should stay open for breakfast at least on Sunday. We are creatures of habit and if they own Sundaybefore long they will own Monday and Thursday plus Saturday and Sunday. Marketing 101 but I know it works. This McDonald's is probably the worst I've been to. They need help. Every time I come in there, there is nobody at the counter... to take your order. And I usually have to wait about 5 minutes or more just to order food. And then another 15 minutes to getsaid food. If you can find another alternative, I would highly recommend that course of action. Read more
They rethemed this location. It has a grunge aesthetic and the food is good as far as McDonald's goes. The order kiosk is nice... and easy to use. Read more
"I love the food there." This was my response in november of 2019. However, i just ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins through... ubereats and the bread wasnt even toasted and i found bits of plastic in the eggs. I wont be ordering food from this location.They obviously dont care about the customer. Read more
