The employees here are fantastic. They do a great job. 5 stars to the employees. I'm not that big a fan of the brand though.... Overall their recipes aren't nearly as good as the food from say Lili Kai in Petaluma. Lili Kai is a 5+ star restaurant. PandaExpress is a solid 4. Read more

This place is the worst their customer service sucks! We arrive here 10 mins before closing and they refuse to serve us. Don?t... put your closing time up if you aren?t going to honor it. The over weight lady told us no weee not serving anymore we asked whyand she said ?because we are closed!? There was 10 mins left!!! How about closing when you say you are closing and clean upafter your hours of operation are done. Worst experience ever!! Food is never fresh. There wasn?t any taste in any of them. We ordered four different varieties but none of them were taste good... even chowmain. It happened to me multiple times.
