I usually go to the papa Murphys in Cotati, but today I decided to go to the one down the street from where I live. The worker... seemed bothered that we walked in. First thing she greeted us with was "hi did you place an online order?" I answered no, andshe seemed annoyed and told me she would be right with me. She then walked across to the cash register, as she was rubbing herface and eye with her hands that had missing acrylics nails. I asked her if she had a family size special. She barely let mefinish talking and said interrupted me and said "yea we have 3 options", and proceeded to read them to me very fast. I said yes,and she said "ok which one". I ordered and she said rudely "is that all?" I said yes. She scratched her head, then rushed toring me up, went to the back and grabbed the pizza, seemed bothered because I asked for the receipt, she had no name tag on, andthe name on the receipt was a males name. High quality ingredients makes for a tasty meal! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I am not a fan of the parking... situation at this location and during my last visit...which was my first visit in a few years, I wasn't impressed with the waythe supervisor spoke to the employees. I called today to try and order two pizzas for my kids for Halloween. I politely asked if they were open tomorrow and the man... laughed and said why wouldn?t they be. I was then told by the man that picked up that no matter if I order now or just come intomorrow that I was going to have to wait 2 hours. I told him that?s fine that I wanted to order for an early pick up and wastold with attitude that it?s the busiest day of the year and that I should probably go somewhere else. I politely said that?sfine I?ll take my business elsewhere and he hung up on me. I will never be going to this location ever again but I will alsosuggest all family and friends to go elsewhere too. They always get it right and it?s easy and quite good pizza at a great price. Only four stars because they close so... early. Closing time is 8 PM, sharp. They will not answer the phone after 7:15.
