We ordered pizza online not knowing they didn?t deliver to Sebastopol. The website someone how entered the wrong address. We... called to report and the owner got on the phone because we asked for a refund. We spent $80. We do not make a lot of money andso now we do not get to eat dinner tonight. It was a special occasion to order. He told us that he ran out of the money he hasset aside for refunds. Saying he?s a small business and that he can?t make money giving refunds. He lied saying he?d drive overto the wrong address and if the random people hadn?t eaten our food that he?d refund us. He refused to do this and give us photoevidence that he actually went there to check. He told us he couldn?t refund without checking first and it was because he lostall the profit from making the the food. We asked how getting the food back from whoever got it would save him any money sincehe can?t resell the food. He was telling us he?d resell food that had been sitting out or already entered an apartment. When wequestioned him because this would be a health code violation he started getting angry saying he didn?t have to answer any of ourquestions. And said different restaurants have different policies on reselling food that has gone out. We were shocked anddisgusted. I can?t believe I?ve been coming here for years not knowing I?ve been eating pizza other customers have already puttheir hands on. Read more
Excellence. Pizza guys has a nice crust, a tasty sauce, reasonable pricing, and quick service. Plus, they use GOOD bacon on... their pizza. If you've had pizza with bad bacon on it, you understand the difference- all the toppings and even cheese arequality. If that's not enough reason to get you there, they offer a complimentary 2-liter soda for every take-out order over$20; that's including special offers and discounted items. So, I buy an XL pizza with 3 toppings, spend $30 after tax AND tipplus the free soda. That's lunch for me, the wife, and leftovers for another lazy day. Best gluten-free crust I've had that wasn't homemade. For non-artisan, conveyor-belt pizza, these folks nail it. They have good... sauce; neither too sweet nor too spicy, instead a nice blend that goes well with their cheese. They're fast and consistent. Read more
Both Piner Road and Windsor locations have consistent quality pies. Pick up and save the delivery fee and get a soda or Ice... cream included. Always look for specials on their website. Lots of options with crust, sauces and toppings. Owners arehardworking and active in the businesses. Read more
Ordered a pizza that had very raw gummy dough which can make you sick according to FDA. It was thru door dash and delivered... within a half hour from across town, including cook time, so of couse it was gonna be raw. The owner refused to deliver a cookedpizza because it was not in his delivery area. And told me to contact doordash for a refund. I just wanted dinner and now wehave none and so far Im out 33.00 plus tip. I dont understand why the owner was not interested in keeping a customer happy sincethey were in the wrong! Read more
Good, consistent pizza. Fast, typically ready 15 minutes after online order. However, they make quite a few errors in toppings... on "build your own" pizzas. If you point out the errors to them, they always offer to remake the pizza -- but I never want towait. Read more
Pretty basic pizza joint, but the food is good for the price. Nothing in particular to write home about, but the one time they... kinda mucked up my order they kicked in a free soda, so that was nice. It's certainly more affordable than other pizza jointson this side of town, so if you're on a budget this is a good bet. Read more
Crust was very very thin. For the amount we paid for it was a rip off. I wont be going there again. Not impressed
