Called in to order. The woman that answered had a problem getting my order correct. There seemed to be a language barrier and... I asked her to speak with someone else. She said no I had to talk to her. Never did get the order. She hung up on me. Icalled back and she hung up again. Terrible customer service. I drove to port of subs and asked to talk to manager. She saidshe was the manager and the owner. I told her she treats her customers terrible. She did not want to serve me. I gladlyleft. I’ve been in there many times and never encountered this person. Super friendly and nice staff, family operated! The meat is sliced fresh when you order the sandwiches, be sure to go for double... meats to make it a monster sandwich! I've been getting sandwiches at this location for the past 2 years and I can tell you that they are very good at making... sandwiches.
