this round table has a nice courtyard and fountain to relax in the shade while your waiting, unless you prefer the arcade, pizza... is always good, great salad bar., always fresh and ful of variety. ...stay away from there overpriced tiny sandwiches with nofillings in them and its a great experience Read more

I ordered from this store often I have to call multiple times or pay extra for door dash they are never busy when I show up they... got my order wrong constantly. I called 5 times to notify them that I needed to switch payment to debit card after not pickingup an taking over an hour an half to deliver a cold an expensive pizza I was then told that you can't pay with card in deliverywhich seems odd after a long drawn out argument with a very socially uncomfortable situation an person I was finally allowed todo what I asked by calling myself an finally having someone answer the phone. I don't understand how this poor level or serviceis tolerated on such a consistent level and I normally don't complain but I'm sick.of this high priced poor quality franchiseowned by someone who clearly doesn't care I'm gonna start complaining more often. I shouldn't get a completely differentexperience if drive an extra ten mins to the rich side of town. Just ridiculous especially considering they're one of the mostexpensive pizza places. I ordered the 20 dollar cheese stuffed crust with mini pepperoni. I called in and was told it would be 15 minutes I then left to... get the pizza cause it takes me 15 minutes to get there about and when I paid I was told my pizza was 5 minutes from beingready. I then over hear in the back who is making pizzas? implying that no one has made my order yet I then sit for almost 20minutes waiting for my pizza and the worse part is that even thou they knew they were late on making my pizza they put anextremely small amount of pepperoni on the pizza . I ordered a Wombo Combo online to pick up in the store. I arrived at the time estimated at checkout so that I would have a nice... hot pizza. There were no customers in the store & 3 employees that I could see plus another one in the back. One girl was eatinga salad, another girl was trying to fill a shift & the "manager" on duty was talking to the guy in the kitchen . I literallystood there for 8 or 9 minutes trying to get their attention. Anyways- I finally yelled out "hello" & the "manager" came walkingaround the corner. He asked me if I ordered & my name then proceeded to ring it up on the register- I stopped him & said Iordered online- there's no choice to pay at the store. You cannot complete your order without paying. He handed me my pizza &walked away. No cheese. No peppers. No thank you. I get home & open my box & what do you know.... there was a pizza, almost likethe one I ordered, just missing alot of colorful items. I took a picture & called him immediately & told him the problem. Hesaid there was nothing he could do about it & when I asked for the contact information for his district mgr he said he couldn'tgive me that but took my name & address so they could send me a "coupon". I paid $39 for something I didn't order & he saidthey'll send me a coupon? Seriously? A coupon? I will not go back to the occidental rd store again. This place is pretty stingy in that they dont offer free refills their prices are higher than your average Roundtable. That is... what you expect from Wyvern owned establishments, but! They use cornmeal here instead of screens which is why I come here whichmakes the pizza taste much, much better. You especially taste the difference with thin crust. Place is pretty clean, in fact,even in their busiest times I have personally never seen this place neglected. Been here a few times and I have not had problemswith orders either even with multiple people. Outdoor seating is nice and even indoor I like to sit by the big window with thetrees. Read more
This has to be the worst ran Round Table location I've ever been to. 2+ hours for a large pizza and some bread sticks! No one... ever even answered the phone...the place seemed void of initiative and professionalism all together. I'll probably just get amicrowave pizza next time I'm in town. If I hadn't went down there and demanded my refund I would probably be out a $100(if theyactually returned my money ?????).???? Read more
