Asked for a grande coffee Frappuccino with an added shot. What I received was so light, got it remade and it looked almost even... lighter. There's no point in remaking it the same, didn't get the cashier's name but she didn't seem to understand how to makeit and I wasn't sure what to ask for how to have her make it. I've had many issues with inconsistencies from Starbucks so Istopped getting it for a long time. This is why you should support smaller businesses. Won't get Starbucks for a while. Read more
They messed up my order. Asked for triple shot espresso and they make it iced. Who gets triple shot espresso iced? They asked... for my name and then put Justin on my cup. How tf you get Justin, when I said my name is Nico? They don?t even sound the same. Read more
Hot black coffee, and she doesn't put a sleeve on the cup. I ask and she grunts and just points at a small basket with sleeves.... Then the banana nut bread she hands me in the paper bag, is still in a plastic bag. Clearly her job is too hard for her. Everyother day its 5 stars, with great service. But this girl is terrible! I'm always partial to Starbucks. The local coffee places are good too. However Starbucks is consistently good. Depending on... who's making the drinks at the local shops it can be good or bad. I always get great coffee at Starbucks that tastes the same nomatter which one you go to. For that, it's my favorite. Read more
It's fine. This Starbucks is small - confined within a larger store - but to complain about the App, which is super smooth, and... get annoyed about the peak times in a busy central business district is not cool. Starbucks drinks are consistently good toexcellent at this and most locations, and food is decent to very good. Read more
I always love starbucks for their great drinks and open bar attitudes, in this awesome place you can sit and charge your phone... with some Wi-Fi or use the restroom without asking for a key. The staff is always lovely and kind. I will always love astarbucks. Read more
