My son and I wanted Taco Bell so I walked 3 miles to get food for us. To find out that the diner room was closed! I walked to... the drive thru and asked why. The lady in the drive thru said ?I?m not sure why? I said well can you find out cause I walked farto get here! She didn?t go asked and told me I had to moved out the way cause this is a drive thru! I was there this morning, they took a very long time to attend me in the lobby. The shift lead looked at me, yet didn?t let the... cashier know there was lobby, and continued to make food, ignoring me. I place my order and now waiting for my food, severalcars(about 7 or so)come through the drive through after and get there food before me. We are all paying customers, and I feel weshould all equally be a priority, not just the drive through. Read more

Did not purchase anything. Left do to dissatisfaction. Must use exact cash or credit card. Employees stated they weren't allowed... to speak or give suggestions to their managers about policies that might be helpful to customers like a sign that you need exactchange or use credit card to purchase food. How does a person know what change they need before they order??? Read more
Yea so I just went to Taco Bell like 30 minutes ago and got myself some delicious beefy melt burritos, and some cheese fries.... the lady asked if I wanted sauce witch I eat with all my beefy melts and I said lots of mild and hot and lord and behold Itrusted this lady and didn?t check the bag ???????? then get home and find no sauce in the bag???????? ???? While some of the other Taco Bell locations in this area can be hit-or-miss in both quality and employee attitude, this location... does a consistently good job. Sometimes that means they are a little slower, but it's worth it. Now, Taco Bell will never begourmet food, but for the price, consistency, and convenience, it's still my choice. Read more
