Ridiculous way of doing business. Our group made a reservation for dinner for 18pax weeks in advance. When we arrived for our... reservation at 630, we were suddenly informed that the kitchen closes at 645. By the time we had been seated and attempted toput our orders in, we were told that the kitchen would not take any orders. If the establishment had no realistic intentions toactually serve us food, they could’ve simply declined our reservation, or even inform us at the door, instead of serving usthe appetizers and abruptly informing us we cannot order our mains. Beer, food and bar service a perfect 10 but I was so disappointed to see that things have changed so much. It used to be a... full-serve restaurant with great food and people were always shoulder to shoulder, waiting to get in. Now it's like a big, emptywarehouse where the bartender does everything but cook. Sad! Read more
Finally was able to go back to third street ale works now that they have an open kitchen again. I’ll tell you right now that... the food is hands down some of the best in Sonoma county. This creole pop up Took over the kitchen named bayou on the bay and mymind was blown! We went for 2.50 Tuesday and had an amazing dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids with 4 beers for under $50 Talkabout a deal, amazing food and the beer is pretty good as well. Read more
My boyfriend and I stopped by to have a couple beers and some food. Erik the bartender handed us our beers and placed our order.... While we waited, we didn’t realize 40 minutes had gone by and we wondered where our food was. Apparently the system lost ourorder! Erik was right on it and sent it in. Then it came out in 10 minutes! Also he apologized and gave us a discount forwaiting so long. Thank you Erik! The food was delicious! The beers were great! Great service! Read more
My sister and I came to Santa Rosa to brewery hop, and Third Street Aleworks did not disappoint! ???? I always try to find... their hazy IPAs locally, so I was super excited to visit in person and enjoy their brews on tap. ???? They had a great flight/4pack deal that was too hard to pass up. ???? We both left with a 4 pack, shirts, and stickers. ???? Their craft beer is handsdown, one of my favorites!!! I'll hopefully be back soon! ???? Thank you, Third Street Aleworks, for a great time. Horrible experience. We made a reservation for 18 pax, and arrived at 6.30 pm. We were suddenly told that the kitchen closes at... 6.45 pm (other diners that arrived later than 6.45 pm had food served to them). Servers told us to queue one by one to orderour food. When we offered to take down orders for ourselves, we were told the chef chose to close the kitchen. Read more
