Bread was dry, ham was like the cooked ham loaf you get at the grocery store and folded over. Hardly any flavor and not much at... all. Produce was fresh. In total the sandwich was not worth the money spent. Read more
Julia, the owner of Julia's Delicatessen catered a Greek night dinner for members of the Petaluma Woman's Club in November 2021.... We ordered the Greek Feast which offers both a chicken and pork souvlaki, spanakopita, seasoned rice, village salad, taziki,pita bread and a Greek soda. Everything was delicious! Portions were generous. The spanakopita really stood out and tastedexactly like that I have enjoyed in Greece. Members expressed their appreciation for the superior meal which made the eveningfeel as though we were transported to Greece. Julia and her staff were very easy to work with - friendly and amicable. Tax, tipand delivery is charged at an additional fee and so worth it. The delivery person was pleasant. She arrived at the designatedtime, hand-delivered the trays to the kitchen and gave us instructions on how to keep the food warm for a later serving time.Just incredible service! This Deli located in an Office Complex which is unique. There menu was extensive with Sandwiches, Salads and Gyros. I have to... try the gyro. They have Beef, Chicken and Lamb. The topping and the meat servings are enourmous and the Price Point is what itis for this geographical area. The Gyro bread held together and the beef was season and warm as they freshly slice off theirrotating oven. The veggies were tossed in a light oil (at least it appeared so) and the side of Tzatziki sauce, had thick cutof cucumber and was a thick consistency compared to the traditional or usual sauce. All it in all, this is a good tasting andfilling sandwich. I asked if there was a Veterans discount and was told there was not. I give this place 4 stars. Read more
