I had made an order for pick up on door dash, and then n the app it didn?t allow me to specify what sauce I needed(ranch) so I... called to let them know a young man answered and asked to hold so I did, 17 mins on hold my dasher was there so I hung up andcalled back, I told them how on the app I could not order ranch as my dipping sauce, the man said I can?t give u ranch u need toorder on the wing stop site because we are having issues with doordash and that I should have called, I did call and I was onhold the entire time my dasher was on his way there. All I wanted was a side of ranch but then he he can?t help me.. um what?Maybe you shouldn?t be accepting orders from a system that you are having trouble with so customers aren?t upset, and have noway of knowing. Came here after work, waited over 30 minutes for an order. After 20 minutes they came back and said they ran out of my kids... chicken strips. One customer asked for forks and they told him they were all out. He asked how was he supposed to eat his salad, the girl working the register told him to use a knife. While waiting for my order the young lady working the register used therest room and later came back and put a out of order sign on the door. Definitely won't be back. When the kid asked me what Iwanted to do with the children's chicken strips. I told him you know your portion sizes, make it right and we're cool. Totallygot ripped off. Read more
