Gonna love that pretzel
Nice place staff a little bit wired
This place is located inside the Pilot Truck Stop, it is not a separate store. Anyway, I pulled in to get fuel, went in to get... something to eat before hitting the road again. The sound of a big soft salted pretzel sounded super goof to me, so I ordered apretzel and I got a cup of soup and drink and headed back out to my truck. I get down the road a ways just to discover that mysuper yummy pretzel was NOT super yummy, in fact it was BURNT and not very soft at all. In fact it was old. Looked and tastedlike it had been sitting in that glass for 12 hrs. I Had to throw it out. Thank God I got the soup with it otherwise I wouldhave gone hungry. If it was only the burnt pretzel I would have given MAYBE 3 stars at most but the service was as so bad thatit barely qualifies as a 1 star. Tall need to step up it up. Very disappointed trucker. We stopped to get some pretzel bites. They only had 1 that was really old. We wanted to get more. They refuse to make anything... and they didn't even close for another hour. Completely lazy! Won't be back and you shouldn't waste your time Read more
