Came in today about 8:40pm to be told that subway was closed by two young men that worked their. I just got food for my husband... and myself from the counter of the pilot. Asked the cashier what time subway closed she said,'9 pm and they closed early whenthey have something going on." Online it states 10pm. I'm very upset about this... Like I had to settle for something we didn'teven eat after purchasing it. These are the only options when your a truck driver. We spend a lot of money with both companiessubway/pilot. Before my husband and I took are shower we needed a drink. We waited over 5 minutes at register. There was one person... babysitting the self check-out. The young man keeped looking at us but never came to check us out. Finally two yes two peoplecame out from the back. One female one male. Neither said we are sorry for your wait or much of anything. The guy said the onewatching the self check-out can't run the register. So we got are drink and went to take are shower. When done my husband wantedsomething to eat. To are surprise. The young man that was babysitting the self check-out was running the register and the otherguy was babysitting the self check-out. They just keeped switching place. The GF just smiled when we brought up what was goingon. He giggled and said ya we are switching back and forth. Umm you just told us the young man COULDN'T run the register. FYItruckers deserve better service and respect. If your going to try to make truckers do self check-out you need to up truckerpoints and give discounts on everything we have to scain are selfs. Only good thing about stopping here today was the shower. Very clean and the gentleman cleaning was super nice. He deserves a raise. My husband and I gave him a 5$ tip.. Read more

It's usually clean, quiet, friendly & fast customer service, at 3:30a.m. (Central time) as I walked in on of the employees was... standing outside having a cigarette, she may have been on her break, I didn't ask. I went to the ladies room, it was clean thenI walked over to get coffee & Jennifer was cleaning that area, went back to the truck for a few minutes reserved a shower on thePilot app, it said the shower was ready, when we got in there looking to see what shower was ours we did not get a code forshower 4, Jennifer was walking through so I asked her for extra towels, when we seen that the door was open on shower 4 we lether know & she said it wasn't reading, it needed cleaned, I asked her for a different shower since there was no waiting but allof the showers were dirty, she said she would clean shower 4, it didn't look very dirty, & there were already towels in there??????? I was fine with waiting for her to clean the shower but leaving the towels that were already in there started to upsetme, when she finished cleaning the shower, I asked her for a different set of towels, she replaced them, as I thought abouteverything going on I began to try & understand what was going on with all of the dirty showers, when I left I seen the samelady that was out having a cigarette talking in the isle with someone, just chatting, not working, so I've come to theconclusion that you all need more employees on the clock, perhaps a staff meeting explaining how important team work is & notburden all of the work on one employee. Sorry had to take it down to 3. My husband just tried to use the restroom and he said it was so bad he rather take a?????? in... the parking lot. Sorry i have no pic of the restroom. Clean bathroom for girls. Great customer service. Top notchPizza.. Parking for big trucks is a bit limited. Showers need a bit work. Water goes from hot to OMG run(boiling) tocold. Laundry room clean but no detergent to be found any where. Not sure why they don't have a dispenser in the laundry room.First time washing cloths at a truck stop. The machines did there job. This new PILOT in Santa Rosa NM is great. Nice parking for trucks and cars. Clean and easy to great to. The staff was... professional and made us feel welcomed. They asked and wanted to help us with anything we need. My wife and I took a showerhere after 3 days on the road. The showers are large, clean, and handicapped assessable. They shower attended seen us andstopped what he was doing and asked if we needed additional towels and we did. He got them right then. Thank you... So for aquick stop for just about all you need PILOT was great. If you need to stop your big truck and you want a motel there are acouple right across the street. Read more
This is an excellent truck stop. At any time during the day there is always an abundance of truck parking. The showers never... have a wait and that's thanks to STEVE who works tirelessly to make sure they're in tip top shape and your wait is short. Hewill literally help you with anything around the store and honestly is the best employee at this location. The laundry serviceis great, the dryers are fantastic and don't leave your clothes wet. Lots of food options with subway, PJ fresh, and subway. Irecommend anyone stop here. Read more
Awesome coffee... INTENSE BREW ALL THE WAY ;) (TWITCHIE TWITCH TWITCH) Desperately desired Pilot's amazing oatmeal only to find... it was scraped to the bottom and empty. I inquired to the Pilot employee working with the Cinnabon employee and she was kindenough to inform me that the information has been passed on. Unfortunately I had to leave after fueling. LUCKILY in my haste Ileft my full cup of Go Juice on the pump I returned to find the cup and once again (crossing fingers) check on the oatmeal.Still empty!?! Grrrr. Making another inquiry to the same employee she informed me that the Oatmeal takes some time to cook dueto it being frozen and having to be defrosted. WAIT... WHAT?!?!? DEFROSTED?!!! It's Oats and Hot water right? Add some maplesyrup and brown sugar and TA-DA! You have fresh Oatmeal. Long story short (too late) I suggest knowing how many people love yourproduct just have more of it available at a time. Couldn't possibly cost more to throw out than it does to have someone find outyou don't have any available. Still love the coffee though Read more
