Bunch of kids who don?t talk and don?t know anything about customer service . They?re mute making your sandwich and talking... amongst each other just ignoring the customers . Feels like I?m ordering from the kiosk. Read more

Probably one of the rudest subway I have ever been to, to start with I had to ring a bell for service when I did so a young... Mexican guy walks out doesn?t say hello or anything he then finally ask what he could make I told him a foot long with pepperoniand cheese you would think for 8$ he would have loaded the sandwich down since I was only getting two things on there but noonly a few slices of pepperoni and cheese were add they barely acknowledged my existence and were having a conversation Read more

We walked across the street to get a sandwich after a 12 hour day of driving. It was a Sunday at 9:08 pm. We had checked the... hours, and it said they were open until 10. When we got up to the counter, and as they were finishing someone else's orders, wewere informed they were closed. We could not order a sandwich. For a business whose primary clientele is I40 travelers, if youhave changed your hours, change them on Google. Or, in the alternative, the man could have just been kind and sold two ladiessome sandwiches and cookies. There was no sign stating they were closing early, and we are now hungry. Thank you, Subway inSanta Rosa. We travel thru here often, but will make a point not to disturb you with sandwich requests during your regularlyposted business hours again. Read more

The store got a large order and told us we would be waiting for about 10min, which we did, patiently. During that time, the... bottle blond with terrible eyeshadow insulted several customers under her breath and continued to accept a personal phone callwhere she insulted customers again to the person on the other line with extremely foul language. After her considerablyunappetizing behavior, we left before ordering. Hopefully future prospective customers aren?t subject to her vile attitude andhopefully management is able to replace her with someone with an ounce of customer service skills. Read more

I am the person who is being talked bad about on this review from Quintana. Not only do I not recall this, I am never ever mean.... Customers tend to leave out how they treat the food service workers. When a worker replies back some thing they don?t like, thenand only then do they say things like that. Our store is awesome and welcoming. Yea it?s a tad bit slow sometimes as we areshort handed. But we do our best to take care of our customers. Hello! I've traveled everywhere but never seen someone doing their job with so much love and affection! Liz made my salad with... so much love that it made me feel better about Subway, never seen a subway worker doing their job with Love. Keep the sameenergy Liz!!
