I go there at 11:30 pm. They close at 12. My wife and I were craving a milkshake. But, of course, like every other Burger King... in every other ghetto town, their milkshake machine was down. I asked her what time they normally close the milkshake machineand clean it up for the night and she said about 10 or 1030. They do this so they can get out of there early. She was deadserious. That?s not how life works. The NEXT day or so later, I get a milkshake and it?s warm. Runny. Too sweet, not even likemilkshake at all. It was like thick goopy chocolate milk. My fiance and I had a long day at work. We went through the drive thru and ended up not getting what we ordered. We called the... store and Phil, the night manager answered. Before we could even get our complaints out, he apologized. Explaining that he istraining some new employees. Very professional. Very understanding. All around a wonderful guy. He told us to come in now orlater and he would personally fix our food. He did a wonderful job. Very patient with his staff and customers. The world needsmore Phil's. Customer service is non existent. Well you might think, it's fast food, of course customer service isn't the best. No, it's... terrible here. Right after this place opened I went to go get food from here and the people basically looked like zombies andtreated you like an inconvenience. Pulling up to the window there were receipts piled up higher than a Publix Couponers cart andI'm not sure if the dress code was hoody's with the hood on but that's what they wore. The people working here are nice enough but the food was subpar. I don't expect fast food to be amazing, however, half of my... Impossible Whopper was black and crispy from being overcooked. The fries were also almost inedible due to the amount of salt onthem. My order was complete without any items missing and the portions were adequate. Hopefully over time this location willimprove. I have never used the drive through, but going inside the food is always very quick to come out. I will say that I wish the... tables inside were cleaned a little more frequently. This location is very hit or miss, but usually it?s a miss. They are always out of everything, though I understand stocking... issues are out of the employees? control; I won?t hold that against them. However, the food is usually cold even when theyaren?t busy or running into any time of reason for it to be the quality it is other than laziness. Placed order. Had to repeat request Multiple times. Simple. Whopper with No bun, please. No lettuce? No bun, no bread. Listened... to her as she pushed buttons, narrating as she did.
