First, the manager kept rudly interupting her trainee while she was trying to take my order. Then i get three burgers of the... ugliest beef ive ever seen, grey outside pink inside undercooked watery absolutly grotesque. I asked why it looks like frozenmeat was thawed in a microwave i know you dont cook it like that. I peel it apart and show her. She gets the manager who istotally rude she said "i just cooked fresh meat" . As aposed to doing what? What does that mean? I told her take the burfers bakshe refused and refused to refund i dropped it on thier curb. Hardees doesnt get another penny from me or my family. Read more
Although the food is usually pretty good the service is less than desirable. The staff is rude and unfriendly. If you ask a... question you get a snarky response. Lighten up this is your job smile make somebody else?s day. Read more
I'd like to say something nice here but I can't. The manager that was on duty was frustrated with something when we(6) of us... went inside. There were two other customers inside also. The manager yelled at the young lady working the front counter and hadher tell us that we had to go through the drive to order. I felt sorry for the young lady working there. I hope she quit.Overall a really bad experience. Read more
The lady at the window handing customers their food has been by far the rudest person I've encountered. For the second day in a... row, she was rude me and to my father in law, who was in front of us in line. When handing you the food, she responds with"here", doesn't make eye contact, smile or respond when you speak to her. I would maybe replace her with someone a little morefriendly, considering she deals with customers. Will not be coming back to this location! Read more
The inside dining FINALLY reopened recently (probably because a new BK restaurant just opened down the road from them) but when... you stand at the counter to order, you are totally ignored while they prepare orders for the drive thru. I had to ask if theywere really opened for inside dining after being looked at by several employees and not even being acknowledged. Finally theperson who I assume was the manager stepped up to the counter to take my order and continued to talk into her headset to thecustomer in the drive thru. The food wasn?t worth the money and they had a sign taped to their counter stating ?no refillsavailable?. The soda dispensers in the dining area have signs on them indicating they are out of service. Just close the storeand make it a drive thru only if you don?t want customers inside! We are ?locals? and won?t be back. Read more
This is one of the few fast food locations in the Santa Rosa Beach area if not the only one. Food always has been cooked well on... occasion there were longer waits inside the facility probably from training new employees. Read more
First off I wanna say I love hardees! I have been coming to this location everyday for 2 weeks for breakfast everyday! And... everyday my amount is different while ordering the exact same thing. I asked politely this morn why the change of amount and themanager came up to the window and was extremely rude! She made some kind of smart remark about they cone to work to work not putup with customers complaints! I said excuse me whats your name she covered her shirt and said not my concern and slammed thewindow shut! This has got to stop if they gonna stay in business! Her name is Kristen with a black shirt.
