Wow! We hired Swiftly Catered for our intimate beach house wedding on 30A, and our guests cannot stop raving about how wonderful... the food & experience was. Chef Steven was cooking live in the kitchen while our guests danced and socialized, creating a livelyand unique atmosphere I have never experienced at a wedding before. His assistant was also wonderful, checking in with my wifeand I often, even ensuring we had fresh utensils ready between courses - so thoughtful! When a smoke alarm went off, they evenstepped in to help fan the air and quickly resolve. Everything was above and beyond! All of our guests have expressed this wasthe best wedding food they've ever had. 10/10 recommend. Nick Brothers was our chef for the evening. He showed up right on time. His 4-course dinner was AMAZING. I... think it was quite possibly the best food we ever had. Our Chefs Mac and Ben were fabulous. They took care of every detail. The food was amazing. I think we were a little over... ambitious requesting a six course meal. We were full by the fourth course. We used swiftly catered for our wedding recently and can honestly say they were one of the best parts of our wedding. Kyle and... his entire team were fantastic, energetic and overall just wonderful. All of our guest raved about how delicious the food was.Their presentation was fantastic and his entire team was so nice to our guests. Our venue was incredibly difficult to work with,but that did not stop Kyle or his team. They went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I could remain calm and enjoy ourwedding while they teamed up with the other vendors to move our entire cocktail hour after the venue decided to tell us we hadto move it 30 minutes prior to the start of our wedding. Chef Kyle, Tyler and Tara catered our retreat in Destin. They were VERY professional, yet very down to earth. We had crab cakes... (the key lime sauce with the crab cake was perfection.)
