Ordered 2 pizzas online. Got to the store about 25 minutes before pizza was supposed to be done. Waited out front and watched... the workers inside. We saw a couple pizzas come out of the oven and get placed in boxes. They looked like the ones we ordered.We laughed that they might be ours. The pizza then sat on the counter for the entire 25 minutes we were there. We periodicallyjoked about them and how someone was going to be disappointed in their cold pizza. At the exact time our pizza was supposed tobe completed one of the employees took the 2 cold pizzas and placed them in the portal. They were ours. I guess the joke was onus. Cold unexceptable pizza. Tried the store again a few weeks later. Decided to just get hot and ready pizza to ovoid anyissues. The store had several customers waiting inside and 4+ cars in the drive thru line. Zero hot and ready pizza's. Too bad.Not willing to give them a 3rd try. Hope the store can get these issues squared away. Read more

I have ordered many pizzas from this locations and the worst experience was a pizza that wasn?t cut very well and I had to pull... out my own pizza cutter to finish the job. That being said, typically the pizza here is cooked perfectly to how I likeit?cheesy, lots of pepperoni and the dough browned perfectly. I stopped by and arrived at 9:40. I requested a custom Pizza which should be no problem with 20 minutes until closing. I was... informed that they were not making any more pizzas and we would have to buy the hot-n-ready pizzas because they were shuttingdown the ovens already. 1st- There is absolutely no reason for this. There was plenty of time to make a fresh pizza and theovens should not be shut down before closing time. 2nd- We bought 2 pizzas, a cheese and pepperoni and the cheese pizza was soold it was basically unedible, the pepperoni was not far behind it. There were only a bunch of kids behind the counter and theydid not care to try and take care of the customer and only cared about shutting down early so they could go home. I've beenpatient with this location since opening due to growing pains, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Most of myexperiences at this location are poor. Either poorly made pizza or extremely long wait times. I firmly believe there needs tobe an adult there that is actually responsible, I do understand that's not always easy in this economy, but if you can't findone, at least properly train your teenagers running the place. This Little Ceasars has really stepped it up! Their pizza is so freaking good. We have gotten about 6 pizzas from them and every... one has been top notch, really good taste, lots of toppings, hot and fresh and the price is affordable. Thank you, thecompetition needs to be worried. Read more

I'm all for giving a new business a chance to get up on its feet and make some newbie mistakes, but after the fifth time coming... here and ordering a Pepperoni Extra Most Bestest pizza each time, we have had the same frustration. This last time we triedordering the Detroit Style deep dish pizza and attached is a picture of the sauce mess we got. Someone at this location reallyloves loading up the sauce. Each time the ratio of toppings to sauce is way off. It's a sauce bath pizza essentially. Easy onthe sauce, make sure you're measuring correctly and not guessing amounts. Worker running the window 5/24/2023 was very rude, he had a few cars pull around the front to wait for pepperoni pizzas that... were just coming out of the oven. About 45 minutes later after noticing several cars pull in get pizza and leaving, so I walk itto see what was taking so long. The kid running the window said we got really busy and we can?t help that. (Which I completelyunderstand), however as I am waiting for my 1 pepperoni pizza, a family walks in orders and gets there 2 Pepperoni pizzas,another gentleman walks in orders one pepperoni pizza and gets it and walks out. As the kid running the window grabs pizza andtakes outside to fulfill waiting cars orders(Totally fine) . A different worker asks me what he can help me with. I said I camethrough the window got my order I?m just waiting on 1 pepperoni pizza. (Well he had just sold it so I get to wait a littlelonger). As the other kid running the window comes back in I ask for my pepperoni pizza I have been waiting for. He says ma?am Ican not help it that we got busy, I said, I understand that your busy, however all these cars outside are waiting for just 1pepperoni pizza and we?re here before all these other families coming in getting what we are waiting for and leaving. I ask fora manager, he says they don?t have one, I ask his name he says he can?t tell me. I completely understand being busy, but theyneed to make sure customers that have been waiting for awhile are taken care of before new customers. Went there for the first time today. We wanted to see if it?s any better than the location in Payson because that place is... absolutely terrible. GREAT service. Super nice owners and I?ve never had a Little Caesars that looks this good. Theyaccidentally charged us for an extra cheese bread and ended up comping our whole order for their mistake. This is going to beour new location! I will never go back to the Payson location. Read more
