Please double check your receipt - this location double charged us for 2 Pizza's when we only bought 1. While I did receive a... refund, it was handled poorly, and the Owner who called me made the situation worse by telling me that he didn't like my nastyreview, when it was simply the truth. The pizza is always good but I wanna take this time to recognize a man named Bryan. I had ordered pizza on doorsasj and they... didn't have a driver for like 30 minutes and I called to see if I could just come and get it as it was taking to long and Ididn't want cold food. He called Doordarshan to help me and they have gave him a hard time about it and he offered to refund meafter he called another agent to get it canceled. Doorsash refunded me but he delivered the pizza to my house personally and hadwent above and beyond to make sure I got my pizza and that I was treated fairly! He was awesome! Read more
Drove past many times and finally decided to try it. Absolutely delicious. Regular prices are a little high but the specials... they have are worth waiting for. Will definitely get again. Haven't tried the sandwiches or the cauliflower crust yet but haveheard they are good. Read more
We were told that our pizza would take 90 minutes on New Years Eve. No problem. Tyler brought our pizza much sooner than that,... was super polite, and did some great customer service. Sad to see they don't have higher reviews! Their pizza is the best hands down! We've never had a problem with our food! Most... really good pizza joints have a wait time so reading through reviews of people complaining about waiting seems silly. And whenpizza is that good it's always worth it! Highly recommended! We always order through the app! They always have coupons and yougets points! Makes for easy ordering and no complications! You get updates on status as well! I frequent Marco?s locations throughout Utah county because I love the Marco?s product. I had been to this one a few times, and... it was good, but nothing too special. That changed the last time I ordered from this location. The amount of toppings on ourpizzas were perfect. Most pizza places around here skimp on the toppings, but this Marco?s did not. It was a pleasant surpriseto say the least. I hope future experiences will be the same, but if they aren?t, I won?t change this review. I feel like mostof the time people write a review about a bad one time experience so I wanted to show some love and appreciation for the goodone time experiences too (although I?m sure this won?t be a one time experience for this location). The best thing I can say about this place is that it does indeed sell pizza. My children were excited to gobble up pizza like... they do whenever we make or get pizza. We all could barely take more than one bite, and sat back in our seats with utterdisappointment, especially after reading these uncharacteristically upbeat reviews. Here is my breakdown: - Pepperoni Pizza(AKA Grease City?) It soaked the crust, drenched the box, and left a puddle on our dining room table. The pepperoni that curledup were like little cups you could drink grease from. - The pepperoni tastes like uncured salami. It's sour or tart, almost likethey tried to pickle it. Very off-putting, especially if you eat it with their ranch. It's also very overly salty, butunfortunately that's not uncommon with delivery pizza. - The crust was spongy. This could've been due to the grease. The crustflavoring didn't work well with the rest of the pizza. - Got the sick fast food feeling in my stomach after one slice. - GreekSalad was acidic, but it worked much better here than it did in the pizza. Still felt oddly greasy due to the vinaigrette.It's... fine. Was probably the best part of our meal. - I liked the cheese pizza a lot more than the pepperoni, which issomething I've never said before in my life. That said, it suffered some of the same problems. The stuff that wasn't too bad: -Chicken Dippers were alright. They bare no resemblance to wings and are more like crusted chicken nuggets. I enjoyed the BBQsauce. - Online ordering and delivery was smooth and straightforward. The driver was given the wrong address and called us fromthe other side of town despite the correct address being printed on the receipt. He called, quickly course corrected, anddropped off the goods quickly. No harm done. My recommendations. There is a Main Street pizza just down the street.
