Disappointing service, stood at the hostess stand for nearly 10 min before anyone even greeted us. The bartender looked at us... numerous times without even saying hi. I understand the short staffing issues most places have currently, but that isn't areason to be discourteous or down right rude. A slight redeeming factor is that the wings are good. Disappointing experience. We ordered 30 boneless wings. One would think that is an ample amount of food, but really a set of 10... wings is in a tiny box? smaller than your average happy meal. When I got to the restaurant for take out and realized how littlefood this was, I ordered a ?rush? order of more chicken?which took another 25 minutes. By that time, the original order wascold. Notably, the fries and pretzel bites were good, even though they were cold. The servers at the takeout desk were nice too,even though they could likely tell I was upset. Read more
Usually I have a good experience here. They changed how service is. You get seated and then order everything on your phone,... refill your own drinks, and mostly get ignored by the servers. The food was cold and sub-par. Also, you don't get realsilverware anymore, you get a plastic set. Update: 10 minutes after I left, I felt extremely nauseous and threw up. I usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mission valley, first time at this location. Not sure if sauce is always served on the... side (in a small black container) for take out orders. But the small container was barely enough for 15 wings. Still tasty butnot sure if that?s how they are served now. The nachos were underwhelming?. Just ok. The screens had a substance flung onto them. My table wasn't clean had to ask to get it wiped. Food was great and so was the... waitress. The food took a bit to come out but we were there at opening. Read more
