I ordered a jalapeno double. Used to be 2.99, cashier said $3.69 and I asked why. Response was prices went up. I said ok,... whatever. I believe this is one of the best 2 burgers that's out there. The flavor is tops, the bun always fresh,lettuce, tomatoes,... pickle, onion very fresh, plus the usual mayo & ketchup just enough. Come hungry, as this is a pretty good size sandwich. Thefries is delicious, hot, crispy, & not too salty. One thing though that I wish they carry is "sparkling water" in theirfountain, which they don't. Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Definitely in our trips for a good lunch. Read more

Understaffing is the main issue with this Carl's. One shift manager and one staff working the drive thru were not enough to... handle the volume of customers during my visit. The manager took the order of the couple in front of me at the counter thenwalked away to backup the drive thru worker by making 4 shakes for her. I was the only customer at the counter. The managershould have taken my order then gone to back up the druve thru. Also I took off one star for the lack of clean tables in thedining area. There were crumbs, wrappers, wet stains on many of the tables. My food was good. Served hot to my table in lesstime than I had to wait to put in my order. Read more
Horrible location. The food was not even edible it was so old. It made me want to throw up just looking at it. I?m not expecting... anything gourmet from Carl?s Jr. but this was unacceptable. I can?t recommend the low carb burgers at this location. The last 2 times I?ve been, they used the outer throw away layers of... green leaf lettuce, not the nice crisp iceberg they usually do and advertise. It tasted so bad. I had to pull it off and use myown from home to make it edible. Read more
Worst carls Jr experience i have ever had in my entire life.This location was not only was the staff rude but they gave me old... food that was smashed cold and half way gone and my shakes were melted i got food that looked as of someone already ordered thefood and returned it after they drank some of the shake and then they sat there for awhile some of my fries were gone I ordereda meal at full price spent almost 30 dollars on two meals and two shakes because as we all know Carl's Jr is overly priced.Itook the food back and complained and they said if I wanted to get it replaced with a new meal then I would be charged again.iasked to speak to a manger.The employee said "he was the manager". I proceeded to ask for the corporate number because he alsosaid their was no general manager for that location and refused to provide the number to corporate I was yelled at and flippedoff the employees use profanity langue and told me to not come back.It was very unprofessional and also has made me not want togo to a Carl's Jr resruant again and I have kept my word to it.This store was also very messy and dirty the employees were allstanding around talking no one was wearing a hair net and the place should of been followed up with osha or a public healthagency due to the unsanitary,unhealthy,and also unsafe worth ethics they were using Read more
