I have been to this location many many times and I consistently get a bad attitude from many of the employees. There are some... that are extremely helpful and chipper but there are several ladies that are continuously having a super bad attitude and havezero customer service. I find this really unacceptable as a customer. In addition to this they often mess up the to go orders ordon?t make them or cannot find them after a long period of time. This store is a mess? Not as good as they say!!! First the line was as usually, long, but there were a bunch of workers (young kids) just kinda... walking around talking and giggling, not really helping. When they called us to come up to their lane, he said Hi and stared atus. We then asked for a menu, and he went an got one, handed it to us and again stared (I feel like he could of backed up a bitand gave a sec to go over the menu.) We ordered a 12pc nugget with a LG Coke, a #1 deluxe chicken, a LG fry and LG lemonade,and an Icedream cone. The fries were cold, the nuggets were cold, the Coke was a Md sweet tea (he rang us for a MD Coke, it wassuppose to be LG, but we paid for a md cause thats what he rang.) The deluxe had wilted lettuce and mushy tomatoes, and someBute there were hard batter that hurt my teeth when I chewed. We never eat here, I wanted something diffrent, That's what I getfor wanting a variety... Should of went to in n out, or even Jack in the box would of been better then this. It was decent as far as the food went. We all had kids with us so it was appropriate. They were understaffed so the waitress was... doing all she could to keep up. Tables were dirty, we had to ask for them to be wiped off. It's such a touristy town the onelady who could have jumped in and helped while she was doing nothing else was the lady whom I assumed only job was to takepictures of people at there table and then try to sell it to them. I come to chick-fil-a a bit but I will just review the time I came on 11/24/21. I came here after a long day of shopping and it... did not disappoint! I got a Grilled chicken wrap and waffle fries which were absolutely amazing! My sister got the Spicy chickensandwich and waffle fries which she loved. We also got Mac and cheese which was delicious! This was supposed to be the Cobb salad. Looks nothing like what you are supposed to get. The only reason I gave them 3 stars,... is because they replaced the salads for free a week later and their crispy chicken strips are good. Read more
Today we ate inside and I'm so glad we did! Chick-fil-A has Easter eggs hidden throughout the restaurant for children to find. ... They have toys or candy in them and one golden egg. If you find the golden egg, take it to the counter and you can choose abigger prize, such an awesome and loving treat!!! My son thought it was the coolest???????? Read more
Chicken sandwich sounded good for lunch and one place we wanted to try was Chick-Fil-a. There was a two-row queue of cars at the... drive-thru moving pretty steady forward. They have crew members walking up & down the line of cars, taking orders, takingpayments ( cash or card). A young lady took our order, we asked what the menu was as we don't see it anywhere, and she fumbledaround inside her jacket & pulled out a plastic laminated menu, and handed it to my husband. Too much to read, so little time.We told her to order us a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, regular bun, mayo-lettuce-tomato - that's it, and she figured what it is inthe menu that we wanted. She carried her cash in a waist fanny pack which opened all the way, exposing & almost falling out -her cash bank. Not a very safe way to handle cash especially standing outside in the open. She did a good job in managing to notlose any cash in the process, but it was obvious that she was having a difficult time. Her customer service delivery was poor,no smile, seemed upset, nor even a 'thank you " at end of the transaction. The chicken sandwich was OK, fresh, hot, a goodsize. This location would do well to ensure that their working staff outside is safe from harm while handling cash, and must betrained to properly deliver guest service. Read more
I'm not a fan of chicken sandwiches. But I really love fresh salads with chicken from this eatery. Fresh ingredients, cool... combinations of ingredients! I respect this market salad! Read more
