I don?t know who taught everyone how to make the food or how they should memorize the menu, but I?ve have an issue every single... time I have gone to this Del Taco. I?m allergic to dairy and I was very happy when Del Taco came out with a vegan menu. I?vebeen ordering the epic beyond fresh guacamole burrito for well over a year now, and every time I try and order it they eithertell me that it?s not on the menu or that they have no idea what I?m asking for. It?s on the big menu when you?re ordering yourfood. They have also gotten the order completely wrong multiple times, even after asking more than once what is in the burritowhen they ask me to pull up to the window. I love that they have this on the menu, but at this point I?m tired of trying toexplain to the employees what the item is when it?s clearly on the menu in bold letters.
