THIS PLACE USE TO BE GREAT. Seems like different owners or something has changed. This has always been our go to place for Pizza... in Santee. They continually mess up our order and they are not professional about owning up and fixing the issue. Many yearsgoing here but enough is enough. Time to try a different place. Read more
In September we got amazing pizza. Quality and delicious. Since then we have gotten the same margarita pizza and the quality has... degraded significantly overall. Instead of full tomato slices and fresh basil we have gotten small chunks and dried sprinkled onbasil. I thought maybe it was a one time fluke but our most recent order was the same. On top of that they charged almost $3 foran extra topping that wasn?t on the pizza. Sad to say it looks like we need to find a new pizza place. Read more
Our meal was eh at best. We had a giant pepperoni pizza that was good but the crusts are significantly thinner than they used... to be even just a few years ago. We tried several of their hot sandwiches this time as well. The philly cheesesteak, themeatball and the Italian sausage. The sandwiches were all just an overall disappoinment. The menu in the online system didn'tlist the ingredients in each sandwich which was frustrating. It makes ordering difficult for people with food sensitivities. We just went ahead and added that info to the "notes" section but it wasn't observed so in the end we had to wait for a newsandwich to be made. The Italian sausage was incredibly bland. No seasonings in it at all. The marinara was lacking inflavor too. The amount of time to make the food was ridiculously long, especially when you add in the second trip we had tomake to pick up a corrected sandwich. All in all it took 2 hours from the time we ordered until we had all the correct food atour house and we live less than a mile away. I'm not going to say we'll never order from them again but it definitely won't beany time soon and only for pizza going forward. Read more
This is my go to place for a Giant pizza King experience! The owner and his family have been in business for over 20 years. I... did 5 give it 5...since I just picked up a pizza and charged me $48... for 28inch. Normally costs $26.00 but to my astonishmenta requested quarter of the pizza for Supreme cost me an additional $20.00. That doesn't seem right at all. Im a bitdisappointed. I wont do that again. Ordered the Supreme 12" with no black olives and added Pineapple & Jalapeños. The taste is amazing and its so fresh it... definitely made it worth the wait. The crust has a beautiful crunch and the sauce added to the character of the pizza in greatways. Ordered a second white chicken 12" the creamy sauce gives great overall flavor with delicious chicken sprinkled acrossand fresh purple onions mixed in for a balanced flavor. Will definitely make this a destination when in Santee and with greatservice while following Covid 19 safety guidelines. Read more
Our family eats here often. Tonight we did a pick up special 14in with 3 toppings and lrg Greek salad for 20$. Pizza was ok.... Ordered extra sauce, extra cheese all pepperoni and half sausage. Because we asked for extra sauce we were charged 3 dollarsmore. The greek salad was both g but a plain ole garden salad with feta on side (per my request). Not nearly as happy as havebeen prior. Seems like they nickle and dime you co miserably. For a 14 inch pizza usually an extra topping is on 2dollars. Iguess asking for extra sauce costs 3. Overall as a very long time customer of at least 12 plus years, I'm gonna look into otherplaces. Read more
