This is such a stand up company. I just wanted to thank the Santee, CA store. I had placed an order the night before. When I got... to the store to pick it up the next afternoon, it wasn?t ready. No big deal. After about 15 minutes, they apologized for thedelay as they had been having problems of all sorts all day. After 30 minutes, the manager came out and said she was refundingme for my order. It was so unnecessary but incredibly kind at the same time. They will always have my business. Read more
Great cakes! Just don?t place an order online and have them deliver to someone as they won?t include the note you asked for.... Literally sent a 2 tier cake to a buisness as a thank you, and they had no clue who sent it. Defeats the purpose unless you wantto be anonymous, then this store is the right place for you! Read more

I Can't say enough about the staff here. I placed an order for a birthday and made a mistake. Totally my own fault. but they... went out of their way to fix it for me! Gluten Free cake is delicious also. Often Gluten Free tastes Gluten Free but theirs isactually very good! Read more
Outstanding customer service! This was a great choice for Valentine's Day! Ordered 3 dozen w/balloons delivered to my wife's... work. The whole office loved the cakes! The Snickerdoodle, Strawberries & Cream and Lemon are my favorite. The smaller sized cakes are perfect. I think they are such... a great price too. If I had to buy all the ingredients and attempt making them, and clean up... I am not even a frostingperson...usually. Theirs is so real and delicious. The cakes are such a treat and cute too! I didn't know there was alocation here. Yay. The staff was sweet and super quick. If you like cake, at all, I would give them a try. I have enjoyedevery flavor. Read more
